Displaying Flags in Princeville

1. All governmental flag protocol and flag etiquette is to be followed at all times.
2. Flagpoles, including those mounted on a house, will be permitted subject to the prior approval of the Community Design Committee [CDC].
3. Flagpoles cannot be located in the building setback areas.
4. No more than one flagpole may be installed on a property site.
5. Flagpole height must be proportional to the height of the house, but must not exceed fifteen (15) feet.
6. Halyards are to be securely fastened so as not to create a noise nuisance.
7. Only the State of Hawaii or United States flag may be flown at any given time. NO OTHER FLAGS ARE ALLOWED!
